Overview
FNL Inc. is leading the pre-development of a landmark 580-acre utility-scale solar energy facility in San Bernardino County. This project will support over 120,000 high-efficiency photovoltaic modules, with an estimated capacity exceeding 100MW and an annual energy output projected to surpass 250,000 MWh.

- Prime RL-zoned land with high solar irradiance
- Intent to purchase agreement executed
- Conditional Use Permit (CUP) submission in progress
- Transmission study and interconnection process underway
- 121,000 panel deployment plan on 500 active acres
